Course Outline:

This two day Maintenance Planning and Scheduling course is unique in combining planning and scheduling ‘theory’ with practical exercises using the client’s in-house maintenance management system, whatever this may be. Prior to the course, Asset Dynamics Asia will work with the client to tailor the final half day session to incorporate a practical exercise using actual client information. Lessons are distilled out and action plans generated.

Three initial sessions cover the background to modern maintenance practices, the considerations in best practice maintenance planning and scheduling and the range of maintenance documentation used in managing maintenance activities. Lessons are reinforced through class exercises. Full course documentation is provided.
